Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges are accepted only if there is an error in the description of the item(s) in the order. Please ask all questions (condition, size, age, etc.) about the items listed for sale before committing to a purchase.

If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Inquiries about a return or exchange should be made within 21 days from the shipping date.

DO NOT return items until we have finalized conditions of the return. This allows us to work with you on a solution that meets your needs best.

We will cover shipping costs both ways if we agree there was an error on our part. Please review the original description and photos before making an inquiry.
