| About ToyChamber.com Since 1990 I've been actively buying small and large collections to get pieces for my collection or get things to trade for the things I want. I used to set up at a lot of toy shows to get rid of my duplicates, but this has been less effective in the past few years due to declining show attendance and my own lack of available weekends due to my job. As a result, I've accumulated a lot of stuff that is either duplicates or items that just don't seem to "fit" with my collection anymore that I want to get rid of. Although I've tried to assemble for-sale lists, it's been hard to keep them current and hence requests to find out what I have take forever to put together. This site is an attempt to provide an easy-to-update inventory of what I have for sale or trade. Currently, I need to raise money to pay off purchases from this pastyear, so for the most part I prefer to sell the items listed here rather than trade. I may be open to trading if you have specific items from my want list or if I know someone else who wants a piece, so feel free to send me trade lists understanding that I'm at a point in my collecting where my interests are fairly focused in a few broad categories. I can provide multiple references from collectors I've traded with over the past 10 years. I have advertised in Toy Shop magazine, set up at dozens of toy shows, and traded with other collectors in Mexico, Canada, England, Germany, Holland, France, Japan, Singapore, and Australia. My ebay ID is poptoys if you want to check out my nearly 500 positive feedback from people with whom I have dealt. This page would not have been possible without the incredible hard work of my friend Chris Nichols. This site represents his early effortsto create an easy-to-manage web storefront that can be adapted to meet many kinds of needs. If you are interested in finding out more about this work, feel free to contact him at chrisnichols@sandcrawler.com. |
